Chateau dale property is managed by Vichada Co., Ltd. The project is located on Thappraya road, Pattaya, Chonburi. This project was started 1994 as the Chateau Dale Condo project. This project has 4 buildings, the first 2 buildings have 10 floors and the other 2 buildings have 12 floors. In 2000, we started the construction of 40 villas in Thabali village project phase 1 which is a combined Thai and Bali style. After that in 2003, we started building 4 buildings called Chateau Dale Thabali Condo with the high of 5 floors. In 2004, we started a commercial building project and shop plaza in front of Thappraya road. In 2006, we started building Thabali village project phase 2, 19 tropical villa style houses.
